Email received from Brighton and Hove Allotment Federation

Last month we emailed you to inform you about the Council's plan to increase fees by £25 a year.

You can read that email here.

We thought that more details regarding this rise would be included in the agenda documents for this week's ETS Committee meeting. However, having checked there are none.

BHAF want as full consultation as possible with you, our members, regarding this new fee. We have arranged an allotment forum specifically to discuss the fee (details below). Cllr Lloyd (Deputy Chair ETS Committee) has agreed to attend this meeting to listen to your views.

Please come if possible, otherwise please email us your views so we can represent them to the Council. You are also of course welcome to email your local Councillors with your views as well.
